This is a workshop on MPEG International Video and Audio standards, designed to cover the recent trends in MPEG and the latest development of the China AVS standard. This is specially designed to be held right after the 71st MPEG meeting in HKUST such that people can conveniently attend both, and that the MPEG experts can come and share their insight and expertise on MPEG after their official MPEG business. It is most suitable for engineers, industrialists, and academics from Hong Kong and China.
